I just cannot take how glamorous Victoria’s Secret events can be! I mean, the outfits and the stage décor, and the WINGS! Man, do I love their Angel Wings. I’ve often dreamt of having a VS-worthy body–you know, the kind of body that’ll get envious looks from girls and the second looks from guys.
If you have the same dream, don’t you ever think that it is an impossible feat to accomplish. All it takes is a little discipline and some sacrifice on your part. But since I’m no expert on being a Victoria’s Secret Angel, let my “gal pals” tell you all about it instead.
Victoria’s Secret Angels are truly the most gorgeous women on the runway. But did you know that veteran Angel Adriana Lima has been known to avoid solids and even liquids before strutting her gorgeous bod on the runway?
With the help of a nutritionist, Adriana drinks protein shakes and takes vitamins and health supplements to maintain her energy level during the preparation. This is the “no solids” part of the diet. Then, with two days left before the show, she just takes the usual amount of H2O. Finally, 12 hours before the show, she stops drinking altogether, hence the “no liquids” phase.

Supermodel Candice Swanepoel has gotten tired of the same old pre-Victoria’s Secret fashion show do’s and dont’s. Although she says nothing about what she cuts out from her diet pre-show, this runway Angel recommends quality workouts with a personal trainer over starvation.
