Whoa! There is a huge possibility that there’s life on Mars! After the recent exploration of NASA’s rover Curiosity, it was reported that water was present in the soil samples that were collected on the surface of the Red Planet. Some soil samples were heated and water vapor was detected. Yep, Science 101, booyah!
But on a serious note, this recent discovery could lead to a whole lot of brouhaha within the scientific community. It was even cited that the red dusty planet was composed of about 2% water. Well, that is according to Laurie Leshin, NASA researcher. To make her point clearer, Leshin explains that a heated cubic foot of Mars’ dirt could give us at least two bottles of water.
But let the scientists argue and debate and discover other awesome things about Mars. The bigger question is: Are Martian attacks and E.T. visits in our future?
