If you were a kid once then you would’ve enjoyed playgrounds. Slides, tubes, monkey bars – they make you sweat but they’re a blast to hangout at. It’s nothing embarrassing to admit that you still dig places like these. Oh if only McDonald’s allows kids 5 feet or taller to go dive into that ball pit, wouldn’t it be a fun thing to do?
Luckily, there still are public playgrounds where even older people could get to enjoy these childhood places. What’s even more fun is that some parks add more twist and thrill to the normal playground regulars.
Henry Vilas Zoo Playground
Ah yes! It’s the treehouse with the slide. Isn’t it just how you imagined your treehouse to be? But wait, there’s a catch! Watch out for those two sharp turns on the way down.
Nishi Rokugo Park
If you’re more of the type who’s into structures and putting things together, here’s a playground that you’d enjoy. It’s a park with dinosaurs and robots made out of tires. And if you wished to put things together on your own, there are plenty more spare tires you can use!
Looping the Loop
On the simpler side, here’s one slide you just might enjoy thanks to its simple structure and more windabouts than you’re usually used to. If you can’t make it to the theme park and hop on a roller coaster, you’d probably get your fill going in dizzying circles by going down this slide as many times as you can.
Want more fun? Pour water down the slide! That should make you go down faster.
Swing at the End of the World
Finally, here’s what’s probably one of the simplest yet most awesome playground rides of them all. This one’s located in Ecuador and if you’re feeling brave, you’d dig this swing right here. It’s plain, pure fun after all.
