Festivities are over. And although you promised yourself not to overeat during those holidays, you failed. Big time! Oh well, back to the gym then to get rid of those unwanted pounds.
But, if you’re too lazy *cough* I mean, busy to exercise or take on a diet, why not try what Michelle Kobke did to achieve her miniscule 16-inch waist—wear a corset! That easy, right? There’s a slight catch, though. You have to wear it for three straight years.
Yep. This 24 year old German babe eat, sleep and work wearing her corset. Of course with clothes on top of it, you silly.
Here is Michelle back in 2008 when her waist was 25 inches (I would just be contented with this waistline, really) And here she is now, with waist ten inches smaller.
It works for her, so I guess it’ll work for you, too.
The only setback about this ‘slimming option’ is in time, you’ll have trouble standing up because of the wasted muscles in your back and stomach. You’ll also have trouble eating because your stomach is so constricted that small meals are all it can digest. You’ll have weaker lungs, too. But who cares about those health issues when you have that perfect waistline, right? Good luck though and try not to break yourself into two! LOL.
