We all have our notion of what is delicious involved rareness of the taste and how the recipe is done. Uh, do I sound like a foodie expert here? Let me rephrase it, I love to eat luscious, out of this world food or anything that my stomach has not been savored. Prawns, for example. Uh, yummy. I love to eat prawns. Sober or drunken, it doesn’t matter.
Hey I am serious, there is a popular recipe in China called the drunken prawns. I watched it on you tube, the step by step way to cook drunken prawns reminded me of my guy friends enduring an initiation for brotherhood sake. What the heck, drowning live prawns in rice wine, and when they are barely breathing put them on fire until they serve their purpose, a delicious meal. The drunken prawns after all the tortures looked like yummy, lip-smacking to the highest level chow anyway! I would probably burp for the next 24 hours after eating it.
It reserved a spot on my bucket list, I cannot promise I would drink, err eat in moderation though. Can’t wait!
